Background Check - Why Me, Why Now?
For years now, employers have been requiring background checks on their prospective employees as a condition for getting AND keeping a job. It has only been more recently that they are requiring it of vendors and outside service reps. When you think about it from their prospective it makes sense; they can't have just anybody working in some of their most sensitive areas - where the money is made. So, you are now required to undergo a background check. Just what you need, another aggravation and another expense. Well you've finally found a company that sees it your way. Yes, background checks are what we do, and have done for 14 years, but we've come up with a way of doing it that will save you a lot of headache and expense AND help you get more jobs in the future. How, you might ask? Read on.
Introducing the Follow Me™ Background Check
Its really very simple. We give you a criminal history background check that you can take with you when you apply from job to job to job. BCI in conjunction with Radiant Systems came up with this idea to address the specific needs of their valued Service Partners as well as the needs of their customers.
Here's how it works. You give us your info. We do the background check by checking all available records in your state and anywhere you've lived for criminal records. We issue a report back to you that you can then submit to any potential new employer at any time. Now, this is the cool part: At the top of that report is a note to the potential employer that says, "To authenticate this report e-mail us at mail@bcint.com and we will send you a copy of this report directly from BCI so that you will know it is real and that the contents have not been altered." You can send a copy of your background check to everyone that you send a résumé to! I have worked with hundreds of Human Resource people in the last 14 years and ALL of them say that all things being equal they would hire the person that submitted a verifiable background check with their résumé. AND BCI will send that out to as many people as request it for up to a full year.

Our order process is in three steps and should just
take a few minutes to complete. The steps are as follows:
