New York state requires that criminal records be searched through the NY Unified Court System.  The system charges far more than any other state to search its court records. In addition, that fee is charged per search, so if we were checking someone's maiden name, or nickname, for example, there would be an extra charge per name.

We are offering two packages, a Basic Package and an Enhanced Package.

The Basic Package is $29.95 and includes the following:
A SS# search to confirm identity and to show us previous addresses where a criminal records search is needed
A database search of New York State felony convictions.
A national database search of all available criminal records.

NOTE: This is a search of Felony Convictions Only. It is not a search of the NY Unified Court System. It includes no misdemeanor arrests or convictions and no felony arrests.

The Enhanced Package is $69.95 and includes all of the above plus:
A check of the New York Unified Court System criminal records.
Note: This check includes all misdemeanor and felony arrests and convictions.
A check of Federal criminal records in all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
A check of New York sex offender database
A check of Department of Homeland Security Terrorist Watch List
A check of any other state sex offender databases where you may have lived.
