The FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) is the law that governs background checks and allows the applicant to have a copy of our reports and to challenge it's accuracy. We do not normally check Family Court, Small Claims Court or Federal Bankruptcy Court, but we can. (Bankruptcies are revealed on credit checks.) We can process your order using encrypted e-mail or we can do it the old fashioned way, by fax, which most people still find easier.
